Limited Warranty Policy
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods or products purchased from Chartway Intelligent Solutions (“The Company”)
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by any accidental damage (such as water damage) or any misuse of the product/s.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased is 12 months from the date of purchase.
If sold through another distributor, the 12-month warranty period begins when sold to the end customer/user.
Any replacements products will have a new 12-month warranty, starting on the date this is delivered to the customer/end user.
What will we do to correct problems?
During the Warranty Period, the Company will arrange for the product to be returned to the manufacturer to be replaced.
What do you have to do?
You must register the Physical Good/s with the company to setup the warranty service using the warranty card issued with the goods.
Registration can be completed any time after the date of purchase, but the start date of the warranty cover will begin from the date of purchase, not date of registration.
Please keep a copy of your proof of purchase/invoice as this may be requested to validate any warranty claims.

Changed your mind?
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange unless the product is faulty (within the warranty period).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 5-7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and get in touch with .
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at intelligent-solutions@chartway.co.uk.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at intelligent-solutions@chartway.co.uk and we will issue return instructions.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to:
Chartway Intelligent Solutions, Garratt Street, Brierley Hill, West Midlands, DY5 1JU.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
